Lemon & Garlic Riced Cauliflower with Peas PREP TIME 5 minutes COOK TIME 5 minutes SERVINGS 3 INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp. butter 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Green Giant Riced Veggies Cauliflower with Lemon & Garlic 1 cup Green Giant Steamers Sweet Peas 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese DIRECTIONS 1 Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. 2 Stir in Green Giant Riced Veggies Cauliflower with Lemon & Garlic and Green Giant Steamers Sweet Peas and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender. 3 Stir in Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
