Organic French Fried Onions

The Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) is an industry program of the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG). It is dedicated to providing certification services to producers of gluten-free products using quality assessment and control measures throughout production, in order to provide assurance to consumers of the safety of their foods. Products with this certification contain 10ppm or less of gluten. Barley-based ingredients are not allowed in GFCO certified products.

The Kosher Certification Service is available for Kashruth Endorsements, Supervision, and Certification Permitting the use of the Kosher Certification Service seal nation-wide, as well as internationally. The organization certifies that products are kosher.

The Non GMO Project Verified certification includes all products that have published the Non GMO Project Verified stamp on their package.

The USDA Organic attribute includes any product that has a USDA Organic Certification and meets each of the following requirements: 1) The product is produced without excluded methods, (e.g., genetic engineering, ionizing radiation, or sewage sludge); 2) The product is produced without any excluded substances (National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances); 3) The production of the product is overseen by a USDA National Organic Program-authorized certifying agent, following all USDA organic regulations.
