
100% Whole Grain Council
The 100% whole grain stamp signifies that all its grain ingredients within a product are whole grains. There is a minimum requirement of 16g (16 grams) - a full serving - of whole grain per labeled serving, for products using the 100% stamp. The number within the stamp signifies how many grams of whole grain ingredients are in a serving of the product.

The union of orthodox jewish congregations of america (The “orthodox union”) is the sole and exclusive owner of the ou kosher logo certification mark, a federally and internationally registered trademark for kosher certification. The appearance of "Parve" next to the ou mark means that the product does not contain any meat or dairy ingredients.
