Circle U (Orthodox Union)
The OU (Orthodox Union) Kosher is the world's largest and most widely recognized kosher certification agency, certifying close to 1,000,000 products produced in over 8,000 plants located in 80 countries around the world. The Bible lists the basic categories of food items which are not kosher. These include certain animals, fowl and fish (such as pork and rabbit, eagle and owl, catfish and sturgeon), most insects, and any shellfish or reptile. In addition, kosher species of meat and fowl must be slaughtered in a prescribed manner, and meat and dairy products may not be manufactured or consumed together.

Orthodox Union
The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America (the “Orthodox Union”) is the sole and exclusive owner of the OU Kosher Logo certification mark, a federally and internationally registered trademark for kosher certification. The appearance of "PARVE" next to the OU mark means that the product does not contain any meat or dairy ingredients.

USDA Organic
The USDA Organic attribute includes any food or beverage product that has a USDA Organic Certification and meets each of the following requirements: 1) The product is produced without excluded methods, (e.g., genetic engineering, ionizing radiation, or sweage sludge); 2) The product is produced without any excluded substances (National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances); 3) The production of the product is overseen by a USDA National Organic Program-authorized certifying agent, following all USDA organic regulations.
