Soy Sauce Solids
Soy sauce is an originally 2nd century BCE Chinese condiment made of fermented paste derived from soybeans, grain, brine, and Aspergillus oryzae or Aspergillus sojae molds. It was originally an inexpensive way to salt food. It's reported that soy sauce contains 10 times the antioxidants of red wine and is rich in lactic acid bacteria.
