Broccoli Beef

A delicious Asian-style meal ready in 30 minutes or less.

SERVES 4.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound beef round steak sliced for stir fry

1 cup La Choy® Teriyaki Sauce, divided

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pkg (12 oz each) fresh broccoli florets

2 tablespoons water

1 can (8 oz) La Choy® Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained

PREPARE Stir together beef and 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce in medium bowl.

HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown beef in batches. Set aside.

ADD broccoli and water to skillet. Cover and cook 2 minutes, until broccoli is crisp-tender. Stir in beef, water chestnuts and remaining 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce; cook until sauce is bubbling.

SERVE immediately.

COOK'S TIPS:
