Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour
Enriched bleached wheat flour is the powder made by grinding wheat, and beaching to obtain a white appearance. Bleaching also allows the surface of the grain to help with the development of gluten. Enriching is adding back nutrients that occur naturally in wheat, that were lost during processing.
