TO MAKE 2, 4-inch waffles
MIX: 2/3 cup
WATER: 1/3 cup
OIL: 1 Tbsp
To make two 4-inch waffles, stir together 2/3 cup mix, 1/3 cup water and 1 tablespoon oil. Cook on waffle iron according to manufacturers' instructions.
TO MAKE 4, 4-inch pancakes:
MIX: 2/3 cup
WATER: 1/3 cup
1. Grease a large nonstick skillet and heat over medium heat or grease an electric griddle and heat to 300°F.
2. Stir together pancake mix and water in medium bowl. For thinner pancakes, add a little more water.
3. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons batter per pancake onto skillet or griddle and spread to a 4-inch circle.
4. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning once when tops bubble and bottoms are lightly browned.
JUST ADD WATER!
