WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped shiitake mushrooms
1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained, chopped
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Iceberg lettuce leaves
1 pouch P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Chicken Lettuce Wrap Sauce
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground chicken until crumbled and browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add onions and mushrooms to pan and saute until softened, about 1 minute. Stir Sauce into skillet and cook until sauce thickens, 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Stir in water chestnuts and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, garnish with scallions and serve in lettuce leaves.
