DIRECTIONS:

Shake well and turn button clockwise to align spray nozzle with dot on can. Hold can upright 8 - 10 inches from surface and spray evenly over unheated cook/bakeware. A 1-second spray covers a 10" skillet. Replace plastic overcap when not in use.
