Onion Flakes
Onion, or bulb onion, is a vegetable and is the most widely cultivated species of the genus Allium. Associated with a pungent flavor and aroma, onions are often used in food products as a flavoring agent. Onions can be dehydrated to form dried onion flakes. Onion flakes can be used as spices and have a longer shelf life than fresh onions.
