1. HEAT large non-stick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat until hot, about 2 minutes. ADD 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and meal to skillet.
2. COVER and COOK 4 minutes.
3. UNCOVER and CONTINUE COOKING 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. CHECK that food is cooked thoroughly to 165°F. CAREFUL, IT'S HOT! Serve and enjoy!
