Balsamic Vinegar
Balsamic Vinegar is a dark, brown vinegar made from a very sweet grape concentrate. Commercialized balsamic vinegar available in most grocery stores is actually a red wine vinegar to which concentrated grape juice and perhaps caramelized sugar have been added.
