Inulin (Chickory Root Fiber)
Chicory Inulin: comes from the Chicory plant, which is best known for its use as a coffee substitute or additive. The root is where inulin is found, it contains approximately 20% inulin. It has a variety of uses in the food industry. It can be used as a sweetener, a prebiotic in yogurt and as a fiber.
