NO DEFROSTING NEEDED Conveniently cook only the pieces you need, leaving the rest in the resealable bag. THAWING INSTRUCTIONS Store covered in the refrigerator overnight, or thaw in the microwave on defrost setting. COOK FROM THAW INSTRUCTIONS BAKE: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake thawed boneless, skinless chicken thighs 25-35 minutes or until juices run clear when the thickest part of the chicken is pierced. BROIL: Marinate boneless, skinless chicken thighs in the refrigerator in your favorite marinade and broil 6 inches from the heat. Allow approximately 10 minutes on each side, depending on thickness and size. Cook until juices run clear when the thickest part of the chicken is pierced. COOK FROM FROZEN INSTRUCTIONS BAKE: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake frozen boneless, skinless chicken thighs 30-40 minutes or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced. GRILL: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill frozen boneless, skinless chicken thighs, turning occasionally, for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear when the thickest part of the chicken is pierced. Appliances vary. Cooking times are approximate. Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F. FOR FOOD SAFETY, COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS MEASURED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
