MAKES 1 CUP (8 FL OZ) 1. IN A CRUET OR OTHER CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT-FITTING LID, COMBINE 1/4 CUP VINEGAR AND 3 TABLESPOONS WATER. 2. ADD CONTENTS OF PACKAGE; SHAKE WELL UNTIL THOROUGHLY BLENDED. ADD 1/2 CUP OIL AND SHAKE AGAIN BLENDED (MAINTAIN FRESHNESS BY REFRIGERATING UP TO 4 WEEKS).

STIR IN SOUR CREAM, LEMON JUICE, DRESSING MIX AND HOT PEPPER SAUCE TO TASTE. REFRIGERATE UNTIL SERVING OR OVERNIGHT. SERVE WITH VEGETABLES AND/OR CHIPS. MAKES 1 1/2 CUPS.

PROCESS OR MIX UNTIL BLENDED. SHAPE INTO A BALL. WRAP IN PLASTIC WRAP AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL CHILLED OR UP TO 3 DAYS. BRING TO ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE SERVING. SERVE WITH CRACKERS. MAKES 2 1/4 CUPS.
