2 CUPS SIGNATURE SELECT ITALIAN STYLE PANKO CRISPY BREAD CRUMBS
1 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
2 LARGE EGGS, LIGHTLY BEATEN WITH 2 TBSP. WATER
4 TO 5 PIECES EACH CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS AND THIGHS, WITH OR WITHOUT SKIN
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F. PUT BUTTER INTO A 9X13" BAKING DISH AND MELT IN OVEN. PUT BREAD CRUMBS, FLOUR AND EGGS INTO SEPARATE SHALLOW DISHES. COAT CHICKEN IN FLOUR, EGG AND THEN THICKLY IN CRUMBS. ARRANGE CLOSE TOGETHER IN BUTTER. BAKE FOR 45 MINUTES. TURN AND BAKE 35 MORE MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP.
