MIXING INSTRUCTIONS: TO MAKE 1 QUART: ADD ABOUT 1 1/3 CUPS INSTANT NONFAT DRY MILK TO 3 3/4 CUPS WATER. STIR UNTIL DISSOLVED. FOR BEST FLAVOR, STORE IN A TIGHTLY SEALED GLASS CONTAINER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT BEFORE SERVING.

Recipe - Best Banana Bread

3 VERY RIPE BANANAS, 2 1/2 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR, 1/2 CUP SIGNATURE SELECT INSTANT NONFAT DRY MILK, 1 TSP. BAKING SODA, 1 TSP. BAKING POWDER, 1 CUP SUGAR, 1/2 TSP. SALT, 1 LARGE EGG, 3/4 CUP WATER, 1/4 CUP EXTRA LIGHT OLIVE OIL OR VEGETABLE OIL, 1/2 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS, 2 TBSP. GRANULATED SUGAR FOR TOPPING, OPTIONAL 

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F. MASH BANANAS, MEASURE 1 1/2 CUPS AND SET ASIDE. IN A MEDIUM-SIZE BOWL, STIR TOGETHER FLOUR, SIGNATURE SELECT INSTANT NONFAT DRY MILK, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER, SUGAR AND SALT. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND BANANAS. STIR UNTIL BLENDED. POUR INTO A GREASED 8 X 4-INCH OR 9 X 3-INCH LOAF PAN. SPRINKLE SUGAR OVER TOP, IF DESIRED. BAKE FOR 60-65 MINUTES OR UNTIL A SKEWER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL 10 MINUTES AND REMOVE FROM PAN. MAKES 1 LOAF.

1 CUP FROZEN PEACHES OR 1 CUP FRESH PEELED, SLICED PEACHES AND 1/2 CUP ICE CUBES, 1 VERY RIPE BANANA, 1/2 CUP NONFAT VANILLA OR PLAIN YOGURT, 1/3 CUP SIGNATURE SELECT INSTANT NONFAT DRY MILK

CUT PEACHES INTO 1-INCH PIECES. PLACE IN BLENDER WITH BANANA, YOGURT AND SIGNATURE SELECT INSTANT NONFAT DRY MILK. PROCESS UNTIL BLENDED. IF THINNER DRINK IS DESIRED, THIN WITH ICE CUBES OR WATER. MAKES 2 (6 OZ.) SERVINGS.

VARIATION: SUBSTITUTE FROZEN STRAWBERRIES FOR THE PEACHES. TO SUBSTITUTE FRESH BERRIES, AND 1 CUP ICE CUBES.
