1. OPEN one sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. ADD one-third of the frozen meal (about 4 cups) and cover.
2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 MINUTES; STIR thoroughly and replace cover.
3. MICROWAVE an additional 8 to 10 MINUTES.
4. CHECK that food is cooked thoroughly. Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve.
