STOVE TOP: Empty contents into saucepan and stir gently while heating slowly.
MICROWAVE: Empty contents into microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely. Heat on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes or until hot. Stir once during heating.
1 can (19 oz.) Nalley® Original Chili Con Carne with Beans
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (4 oz.) diced chili peppers
1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 package (8.5 oz.) corn muffin mix, prepared according to package directions
In a 3-quart casserole dish, combine chili, tomatoes, chili peppers, corn and onions; stir until well mixed. Top with prepared corn muffin mix. Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until muffin topping tests done with a toothpick. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 hearty servings.

1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
1 tablespoon chopped green Jalapenos
3 tablespoons sliced green onions
3/4 cup sour cream
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 2 hours before serving with tortilla chips.
