Microwave Oven

(Cook only one bag at a time.)

1 PLACE frozen, unopened bag THIS SIDE UP, LAYING FLAT in microwave. DO NOT PIERCE BAG.

2 MICROWAVE on HIGH for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage.

3 LEFT STAND for 1 MINUTE before serving.* CAREFULLY handle bag at corners marked with the light blue tabs and remove from microwave with two hands. CHECK that food is cooked thoroughly. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy! *Stand time is important for food safety.

Microwave Cook Time 

Wattage 1200: 4 Minutes 

Wattage 1000: 4 1/2 Minutes

Wattage 800: 5 Minutes

1 HEAT 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a 10-inch non-stick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat.

2 ADD vegetables to skillet.

3 COOK uncovered 8-10 minutes, STIRRING occasionally, until browned. CHECK that food is cooked thoroughly.
