Palm Oil With Green Tea And Rosemary Extract As Anti-Oxidants
Palm oil, which has a fatty acid content that is more stable at high heat than other vegetable oils, is the oil obtained from the fruit of a palm tree. Green tea extract is derived from green tea. Rosemary extracts are derived from rosemary and contain several compounds that can be considered to be antioxidative including the phenolic diterpenes carnosol and carnosic acid.
