WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
1 pound chicken breast, cut in bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 pouch P.F. Chang's Home Menu Spicy Chicken Sauce
Thinly sliced scallions
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2 Add chicken to pan and cook until browned on first side, 2 to 3 minutes.
3 Stir in onion and continue cooking until onions are softened, 2 to 3 minutes.
4 Stir Sauce into skillet and cook until thickened, 3 to 4 more minutes. Garnish with scallions.
