PREHEAT OVEN TO 400ºF. LOOSELY WRAP CRAB IN ALUMINUM FOIL AND BAKE FOR 5-8 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRAB IS THOROUGHLY HEATED.
SET OVE TO BROIL, ADD CRAB CLUSTERS TO A BAKING SHEET, AND BROIL FOR 4-5 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRAB IS THOROUGHLY HEATED. OPTIONAL: BRUSH WITH GARLIC BUTTER BEFORE PLACING IN THE OVEN FOR EXTRA FLAVOR.
ADD AN INCH OF WATER TO A LARGE POT AND BRING WATER TO A BOIL. REDUCE TO MEDIUM HEAT, PLACE A STEAM BASKET COTAINING THE CRAB IN THE POT AND COVER. STEAM FOR 4-6 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRAB IS THOROUGHLY HEATED.
