Mix together marinade:
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cane sugar
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp canola oil
Marinate tips for 10 mins.
Heat pan on stovetop, add 1 tbsp oil, and brown be'f tips on all sides. Add thinly sliced 1/2 red onion, sliced red and orange peppers, broccoli and snow peas, and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add prepared sauce (1/4 c rice vinegar, 1 tsp cane sugar, 1 tsp red miso paste, 2 tbsp mirin, 5 tbsp soy sauce) and stir to heat sauce throughout. Cook for another minute until well coated and serve over white or brown rice. Garnish with fresh chopped green onion or sesame seeds. Enjoy!
STOVETOP
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add frozen Be'f tips to skillet and cook covered for 9 to 12 minutes turning frequently. Add to your favorite recipe.
Keep frozen. Do not thaw.

Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165°F.
