Whole Grain Pasta
Pasta that is made with whole wheat flour that contains the grain's bran and germ as well as the endosperm. In contrast to traditional pasta that is just made with the endosperm of the grain, the pasta typically has a nuttier flavor and a grainier texture than standard pasta.
