STOVETOP: Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Saus’ge to skillet and cook uncovered on medium-high heat for 7 to 10 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked. Stir and turn the saus'ges occasionally.
Keep frozen. Do not thaw.

Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165°F.
Prepare saus'ge according to our directions above.
Sauté sweet onion strips in olive oil and cook one minute, add red and green pepper strips to pan and cook until soft (About 5 minutes). Toss Gardein Plant-Based Italian Saus'ge Slices with peppers and onions, top with your favorite home-made or jarred tomato sauce, simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on top of a toasted roll or cooked spaghetti, garnish with grated vegan parmesan cheese.
