Simply Steamers, Creamy Spinach & Tomato Linguini

Pasta is a food product originally from Italy consisting of dough made from durum wheat and water, extruded or stamped in to various shapes and typically cooked in boiling water.  Linguini is a type of pasta similar to fettucicine, but it has an eliptical, rather than flat, cross-section. Because it is organic, the wheat was grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or genetically modified ingredients.
