Wilderness® Simply Pie Filling & Topping, Peach

PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

1 cup all-purpose flour 

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  

1 can (21 oz. each) Duncan Hines® Wilderness® Simply Peach Pie Filling & Topping 

1 cup milk 

1/2 cup melted butter 

Vanilla ice cream, for serving 

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray sides of 9 x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Whisk together flour, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl. Whisk in vanilla and milk until smooth. Pour melted butter into baking dish. Pour batter over butter; do not stir. Spoon pie filling over batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, until fruit is bubbly, and batter is golden brown and set. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Makes 12 servings.

Open and serve. Refrigerate after opening.
