Tomatoes in Juice
Tomatoes, like potatoes, capsicums and eggplants belong to the nightshade family and are one of the world's most widely used vegetable crops - though technically the tomato is a fruit. Tomatoes are a good source of Vitamin C, beta-carotene, folate and potassium. Tomato juice is the juice extracted from tomatoes.
