• Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens.

• Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165°F.
Microwave Oven
Do not microwave in bag
Cook only one bag at a time
1 OPEN sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. ADD frozen meal and cover.
2 MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 MINUTES; STIR thoroughly and replace cover.
3 MICROWAVE an additional 4 to 6 MINUTES.
4 CHECK that food is cooked thoroughly. CAREFUL, IT'S HOT! Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve.

2 COVER and COOK over MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT 9 to 10 MINUTES, stirring occasionally.
3 CHECK that food is cooked thoroughly. CAREFUL, IT'S HOT! Stir and serve.
