Potted Meat

Mustard is a paste of yellow and/or brown mustard seeds. The seeds are either crushed or powdered and hydrated by a liquid (usually vinegar or wine). Other spices and whole mustard seeds can also be included. Mustard may also refer to the spice made from the seeds itself.
