Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar is made by fermenting the juice and pulp of apples, producing an alcoholic apple cider which is allowed to undergo further fermentation to form vinegar. This occurs by the sugar in the apples being broken down by yeast into alcohol and then fermented until vinegar is formed. All types of vinegar contain acetic acid but apple cider vinegar also contains some lactic, citric, and malic acids.
