YOU WILL NEED: 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 Large Egg, 2 Tbsp Water
DO NOT EAT RAW BATTER.

STEP 1
PREP
PREHEAT oven to 350°F for metal and glass pan, 325°F for dark or coated pan.*
GREASE bottom of 8x8-inch pan with PAM® Cooking Spray.
STEP 2
MIX
STIR TOGETHER brownie mix, oil, egg and water in a large bowl until well blended, about 45 strokes.
SPREAD into greased pan and bake immediately.
STEP 3
BAKE
BAKE on rack in center of oven 22 to 25 minutes. * Add 3-5 minutes for dark or coated pan. Brownie is done when toothpick inserted 1-inch from the edge of pan comes out clean.
COOL completely in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving.
HIGH ALTITUDE (OVER 3,500 FT): PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F FOR METAL AND GLASS PAN, 325°F FOR DARK OR COATED PAN. STIR 1 TABLESPOON FLOUR INTO BROWNIE MIX. MIX ACCORDING TO THE DIRECTIONS IN STEP 2. BAKE IN 8X8-INCH PAN 24 TO 26 MINUTES. *ADD 3 TO 5 MINUTES FOR DARK OR COATED PAN.
Sprinkle with candy BEFORE BAKING!
REPLACE 2 TBSP WATER WITH: 2 Tbsp. dairy or plant-based milk.
REPLACE 1/3 CUP VEGETABLE OIL WITH: 1/3 cup refined coconut oil.
