SEASONED CHICKEN AL PASTOR 

FILLING MAKES ABOUT 16 SMALL TACOS 

1 HEAT 12-INCH NON-STICK SKILLET over MEDIUM-HIGH heat until hot, 2 to 3 minutes. 

2 ADD PINEAPPLE, ONIONS AND CHICKEN to skillet. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, until liquid is concentrated, stirring occasionally. 

3 ADD THE TOMATO CHIPOTLE SAUCE and cook, stirring occasionally until thickened, 5 to 6 minutes. 

4 Serve in warmed tortillas topped with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
