FILLING MAKES ABOUT 15 SMALL TACOS 

SEASONED CHICKEN & CHORIZO 

1 HEAT 12-INCH NON-STICK SKILLET over MEDIUM-HIGH heat until hot, 2 to 3 minutes. 

2 ADD VEGETABLES AND MEAT to skillet. Cook until liquid is concentrated, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

3 ADD THE SAUCE and cook until thickened, 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

4 Serve in warmed tortillas topped with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
