Game Day Wraps

Serve With Chipotle Mayo
Make chipotle mayo by combining 6 Tbsp unflavored, unsweetened soy milk, 1 1/4 cups sunflower oil, 4 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbsp sugar, and 1/2 tsp salt. Using a handheld immersion blender, combine mixture on high speed until mixture is thick and creamy. Add 1 tin chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, 1 tsp frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 clove garlic, minced, and 1/4 tsp dried oregano. Blend until thoroughly combined. Add more adobo sauce if you wish. Transfer to a bowl and serve alongside baked gardein chick'n tenders!
After School Chick'n Parm Bites
Spoon on a little of your favorite marinara sauce and a slice of mozzarella or parmesan cheese (or vegan option) on each tender. Return to oven and bake until melted. Sprinkle with parmesan and crushed red pepper if desired.
