Organic Guar Gum
Guar gum is a gum obtained from the seed of the guar plant. It is used as a viscosity control agent, helping to control the thickness and consistency of a product. Because the guar gum is organic, the plants from which the guar gum was derived were grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms.
