Burrito, BBQ Seasoned Pulled Pork

A pineapple is a large, pinecone-like fruit of a tropical plant.  It consists of over 100 fruitlets fused to a central core.  The fruit will cease to ripen (get sweeter) once picked, although it will soften.  Pineapple concentrate is juice extracted from the pineapple fruit that has had some amount of water content removed from it, to give it a much more potent fruit flavor.
