Almond GLUTEN FREE BREAD

Almond meal is made from grounded almonds and is also referred to as almond flour. Almond meal is commonly used in baked products including sweet pastries, pie fillings, cakes and macaroons and confectioneries. Almonds are classified as tree nuts and therefore contain tree nut allergen properties. Because it is organic, it is sourced from almonds grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms.
