ORGANIC AGAVE
Agave is a genus of monocots. The leaves are most often harvested for their juices/nectar due to their sweet flavor. The juices are then transformed into syrup to provide sweetness to food and beverage products. Because it is organic, the agave was grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms.
