Organic Brown Rice Flour
Rice flour, also called rice powder, is a powder made from the grinding of finely milled rice. Rice flour is often used as a thickening agent and prevents liquid separation making it especially useful if a product is refrigerated or frozen. In addition, rice flour is often used as a substitute for the standard wheat flour to make the product available to people who are gluten-intolerant. Brown rice flour is produced from brown rice kernels. Because it is organic, it was sourced without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms.
