Sauced, Teriyaki Broccoli Bites

Whole barley flakes are made from whole barley grains that have been processed into a thin, flat flake. Barley  (Hordeum vulgare) is a grass and is a major cereal grain grown in temperate climates globally. It was one of the first cultivated grains. It is used in soups, stews, and bread. It is also made into malt and fermented in beer making.
