SEASONED CHICKEN FAJITAS
FILLING MAKES ABOUT 15 SMALL TACOS
1. HEAT 12-INCH NON-STICK SKILLET over MEDIUM-HIGH heat until hot, 2 to 3 minutes.
2. ADD VEGETABLES AND CHICKEN to skillet. Cook until liquid is concentrated, 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. ADD THE SAUCE and cook until thickened, 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. SERVE in warmed tortillas topped with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
