ONCE BOILING, REDUCE HEAT TO A SIMMER AND COVER. SIMMER 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTILL ALL WATER IS ABSORBED. FLUFF GENTLY WITH A FORK AND SERVE. MAKES ABOUT 3 CUPS COOKED.
