Best In Sauce
Place frozen meatless meatballs into lightly simmering sauce in last 15-20 minutes of cooking. Simmer until hot throughout.
Saute - Heat 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil in non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook frozen meatless meatballs, covered, for 15-17 mins until browned, turning often. Do not overcrowd the pan.

Conventional or Toaster Oven
Preheat to 450°F. Bake frozen meatless meatballs on non-stick baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until browned and hot throughout. Add to your favorite sauce.
8 MINS
Microwave (1000w)
In a microwave safe bowl, cover 3 frozen meatless meatballs with your favorite sauce and cover with a lid. On Medium (50%) power level, cook for 8 minutes (stirring halfway through) until meatless meatballs are hot throughout.
Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not overcook - it's not meat!
For food safety, cook thoroughly to internal temperature of 165°F minimum.
Spaghetti and Meatless Meatballs
Heat up your favorite home-made or jarred marinara sauce, add Gardein meatless meatballs and simmer for 15 mins until hot throughout. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Serve meatless meatballs over cooked pasta and garnish with fresh chopped basil and/or grated parmesan cheese (or vegan option).

Sub Heat your favorite home-made or jarred tomato sauce, add Gardein meatless meatballs and simmer for 15 mins until hot throughout. Ladle meatless meatballs and sauce over toasted bun, cover with mozzarella cheese (or vegan option) and melt.
