Radish Juice (Color)
The radish is an edible root vegetable of the family Brassicaceae. They have a sharp flavor and are usually consumed raw. Some radish roots may have pink to purple to black outer skins. Radish juice is the liquid extracted from the radish root. The juice from radishes may be used to color foods.
