Temperatures in excess of 160°F will cause the flavor and texture to break down. This product may be thinned with a small amount of water, milk or compatible liquid. Opened tins may be covered and stored under refrigeration for up to two weeks.
Empty cheese sauce into a covered microwave-safe hotel pan.
Microwave on HIGH for approximately 10 minutes or until serving temperature of 160°F is obtained, stirring occasionally.
NOTE: Microwave ovens vary in wattage; adjust time accordingly.
Set pump temperature to 200°F.
Remove label and lid from cheese sauce can and place into sanitized pump canister.
Place pump over cheese sauce.
Heat until serving temperature of 160°F is obtained; reduce pump temperature to 140°F.
Store remaining portions in tightly sealed shallow plastic container or storage bag. Date container. Refrigerate or freeze.
