Chicken Pot Pie

Peas are a cool-climate legume that is the seed from a seed-pod fruit.  Peas come in two varieties: a starchy, smooth variety that is primarily used for dried and split peas, and a wrinkly type with a high sugar content that is eaten as a green vegetable. Because the peas are organic, they were grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or genetically modified ingredients.
