Chicken Pot Pie

A relative of the carrot and fennel, celery is a common vegetable with a long, fibrous stalk that is harvested for both its stalk and leaves (depending on its preparation). It is used primarily as an aromatic base, with onions and carrots, for a wide variety of savory dishes. Because the celery is  organic, it was grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms.
